Remote Access Data

Hello, 
 I have an issue where I can't download a company because I already have the remote access data installed but when I go to the company list I don't see the company. Is there a way to find the remote access data folder so I can delete it or is there another solution? Kind Regards Cain

 Thanks for your query. 
 This issue happens when the download wasn't fully successful. There is something called 'Remote Data Access Disconnect Tool' our customer support team can run to fix this issue so you can download the company via Remote Data Access.
