Good afternoon everyone and thank you for any help you can give.

I work for a charity and  recently updated our system to include bank feed as we were informed that this would help streamline the process and save us time.

Sadly however this doesn't seem to be the case.

When I press the download button I only receive transactions over 24hr old but if I log into the account there are several transactions on our bank account but not showing up on the bank feed.

Am I doing something wrong or is Sage50 bank feeds this slow?
