I am trying to set up Advanced Budgeting retrospectively. On the budget entry screen the sales Actual figures are missing for the first two months of the financial year (starts July). However, purchase Actual figures are present.

If I post a dummy invoice with a July date, it appears in the Actual box.

When I restored to a date before we processed Year End, I could see the July invoices as a Carried Forward figure.

I have checked the data and re-indexed.

What do I need to do to 'recover' the missing Actual figures?
