I've battled with this for a week now and I'm rapidly losing enthusiasm...
I cam into work last Monday to find that Excel had ran into an unexplained issue. It resulted in me uninstalling/reinstalling office. I now have the frankly awful new version of outlook. After I got all that back up and running, it became apparent that Sage v29 does not like the new Outlook either... I realised that the default download from MS is a 64-bit version and that isn't compatible with Sage, so I re-downloaded the 32-bit version. All seemed well until I tried to send a PO or Invoice out of Sage.
It has always sent them to the DRAFTS folder and then I just press SEND.
Now it goes through it's process but they don't appear in the drafts folder unless I do it a 2nd time and then Outlook refuses to send then unless I delete and re-enter the email addresses
I'm not quite sure what to do with it, I've been through as many of the settings as I can but it used to work until MS did their usual job of destroying things. Any help would be great
