Report Export or Save As not working as expected

Hi All,

Have a multi-user site on a network setup and one user in particular is having a constant issue when trying to export a Quote or invoice or anything for that matter.

When you preview on screen and click "export" then you get the "Save As" window => the left part of this screen is blank
This is the part of the window which is generally showing local and network drives & folders but it is completely blank.

Have tried and tested everything, permissions, re-installing Sage all to no avail.

It is not all the time though either
Any one come across this before? user always exports to PDF no other format.
If I log in as Manager it works, then log back in as that user it works, we go away for a day or two and bang it happens again.

Is this Save As window a Sage window or is it a Microsoft/Sage explorer window?
Could be wrong but wouldn't have thought it could be linked to a corrupt sage user profile? could it?
