Scheduled Backups not working

Since installing version 28 in August 2022 my scheduled back ups to my One Drive have stopped working.

I can also only do manual backups by restarting my laptop. If I am logged in for a couple of hours both my data check and and my back up sit at queued. This is not the same as the Queue.dta file issue.

Our external IT support have confirmed there are no changes to my settings and I also have admin privleges.

I had the issue with data check and manual backups on versions 26 and 27 and we were able to configure our settings to allow the back ups and scheduled back ups worked perfectly.

There has been no improvement since installing V29 and the update 29.2.

I have spoken to other Sage customers who have the same issue but have been told it is their issue even though this only started on V28.

This morning the scheduled back up ran for one company but not the other. And they no longer run at all when my laptop is off which defeats the purpose.
