sage 50account training issue

Question

I am currently doing 50AUK - Sage 50 Accounts - Customer Records. Whenever I do the costumer default training in this it automatically goes to import costumer details. Can anyone please tell me how to solve this issue?

The training you refer to, is it provided by Sage UKI or by another party? How are you accessing the training? If it's provided by another organisation I would recommend referring to them.

For further information about Sage 50 Accounts you can always refer to the Help Centre which may be useful as you complete the course.
