The Customer record memos aren't available to add to the aged debt reports but there are some other areas of the software that might be useful to look at.  The Communications tab in the customer record is a good place to start as well as the Sales contact reports that look to that communication data.

On the customers window you can also switch your view from Standard to Chase Debt:



On that window you can view follow up dates from communications.

If managing debt is the main concern, you can also use Custom Alerts to create popup messages if a customer contacts to create a new order: Custom Alerts >
