When I last checked about a year ago, you had to choose to use either departments or fund codes, which made it unworkable as I need both. It would be good to know if they've improved it.

As Anita suggests, currently, you can only choose between Funds or Departments, you can't elect to update both. It's something I would suggest adding to the Ideas Board for possible future development.
