Can I check which version of Sage 50 Accounts you use and have you recently upgraded? (You can find the version number in Help > About in the software. )

Does the software run on just the one computer or is it networked between several computers, and does the issue occur with all reports for all users on all computers or are there any exceptions?

I'm using v28. I'm not aware of any recent upgrades. Sage is currently only running on my computer.

I believe the ODBC driver that the reports use has been renamed or removed for some reason, in which case it needs to be replaced. You can read about how to do that here: Error IM014 >

When referring to that article rather than v29 you'll need to use v28 and in the data path you'll be using 2022 rather than 2023.
