Layout Bug in V30

SUGGESTED

Since updating to V30 there appears to be a strange bug that has appeared when Exporting or Printing Invoice layouts. It appears that conditional formatting is not being correctly respected for 'Suppress Print' and 'Visibility' on items. It also appears to repeat the same rules for each Invoice Line on the printed layout even if the condition does not apply to that line.

This was never an issue before V30 and is not functioning correctly. Strangely the bug does not occur when previewing the layout within Sage and only exists when printing or exporting the Invoice.

A quick test of this in v30 and it's working for me when adding conditional formatting and setting suppress print.

Can you upload your layout file with the problem? I can then test it in v30 and v29.

I am not sure how well this will be able to be replicated as it is very specific to our products but please find the layout file here

I have tried to pin the issue down and it is definitely duplicating any information which has conditional formatting, to every line of 'ITEM_NUMBER footer' per Invoice line.

This is an example (above) of how the Exported/Printed Invoice looks (note the "Special Order Item" text)

And this is how it should look and did look before V30 (and looks in the Layout Preview before printing/exporting)

As you can see the "Special Order Item" is repeating on every consecutive line even though its conditional formatting parameters do not apply to those lines.

    Thanks

    Thanks,

I've managed to replicate it using your layout and a bit of reverse engineering around when that "Special order item" text appears.

I can see it working in v29 but not in v30 (32 or 64-bit)

I've logged it for investigation and will let you know the outcome.
