I don't know of any report that will achieve what you want.

All I can suggest is you try using the Product Audit Trail report to export data to Excel and use Excel to create running totals for each product but it probably wouldnt look very nice and would have to be re-manipulated each time you run the export.

Sage may be able to help but would probably involve parting with cash.

I have already run the Product Audit Trail but it does not give the information I need.

The information must be held in Sage and is similar to the information you get on the bottom half of the screen when you click on the Activity for a customer or supplier.

Maybe I will put it on the ideas page.

As Sage does not use batch or serial numbers, there is no concept of allocation because all items are equal.

In the Product Activity Report, the Quantity Used value is a sort of FIFO method, but the only assumption you can make is that the quantity used is filled in transaction id order
