sage picking up wrong email address for sending reports

Using sage 50 accounting we run two separate companies.

Company 1 uses outlook for sending reports without an issue

Company 2 uses Gmail and wont send emails.

When sending reports, invoices etc from company 2, we get an error message relating to company 1 email.  Checking the email settings these are correct for the gmail account including the 16 digit, app password generated by google.

Error with the address [email protected] : Unknown Error. Please check Windows Event Log for more details.
