Trying to connect sage to microsoft 365 for back ups

Hi,

I have just done the new update for sage 50 accounts.

I am now trying to reconnect sage to my mircosoft 365 account.

I am following the steps in this guide, https://gb-kb.sage.com/portal/app/portlets/results/viewsolution.jsp?solutionid=200427112354422&hypermediatext=null

However when I get to step 9 after signing in, the "Uploading company data to microsoft 365" goes on and on until eventually it says there was an error connecting to microsoft 365 please retry.

Can someone give me any ideas on how to fix this?
