We have a sage 50c professional account which I was lead to believe included foreign trader as standard, however when I got to tools > activation > enable foreign trader I get a black information box (see image) and when I click OK nothing happens.

I am logged in as manager and it is a multi-user setup (if that matters). Grateful if anyone has any ideas.
