auto entry fatal error when downloading

the autoentry synce app wont download - tells me there is a fatal error and to contact support - what will sort this?

Thanks for using Sage Community Hub.

In this instance I would advise you to look at the following guide from Auto Entry:

Error: '0x80070643 - Fatal error during installation'
