Thanks Andy but not looking to upgrade to v29 just want to have an access to the backup running on v19.1.11.285 and struggling to find update file that will let me go from 19.00.11.278 to v19.1.11.285

The update you require is still available from the Sage download centre - it is Sage 50 Accounts 2013 - Service Pack 1, v19.01.11.285, as are all the other available updates for v19. You just need your My Sage ID.

Thank you so much Steve. That’s exactly what I wanted to hear. I tried to get MySage ID as I have the advice note and all the paperwork for when I purchased Sage back in 2013 but upon registering it turned out that my Sage was bought back then by my accountant using her sage account and after entering my business name it’s coming back that it’s inked with her sage account and I need to wait until access is granted but I have not heard anything back so I’m not very hopeful. It’s a long shot and a big ask but would it be possible for anyone to e-mail me the update file? Thank you in advance.
