Hi, we purchased Sage 50c Accounts Essentials but we cannot submit VAT return online. After the purchase, the link sent by Sage to download sage software shows we have Sage 50 Accounts Essentials, however, the package confirmed by Sage in email says we purchased Sage 50c Accounts. We tried to submit our VAT online but it is asking "Would you like to continue and make non-MTD VAT Return submission?" and under there is a link to upgrade to Sage 50cloud Accounts which we already purchased. When I clicked on YES,  its taking me to Internet Submission section and saying "You have selected to submit the VAT Return (VAT 100 form) electronically to the Government Gateway. When I click yes, it's bringing our company details and gateway registration details, once I click on submit, its sending the data to HMRC but if fails all the time and saying "The submission of you data has not been successful. When I check the details it says The VRN specified was not found". Can you please help me submit VAT online. I also entered eSubmissions credentials details but it is still not working???
