MTD

Question

I am trying to submit a group VAT return via MTD for three companies. It can only find the data for one of the companies. I ran the VAT return for the company that it can find the data for, and my colleague ran the other two. If he logs into MTD he can find the data for the two companies that he ran the VAT return for, but not the one I ran. How do we resolve this?

Thanks for using Community Hub.

This can occur if the remote access causes a change to the case on the VAT files in the data path which in turn prevents the MTD module from picking it up.
