So since doing the V30 update on 15/2/24 i havent been able to work on SAGE.
Initally everything had a lag, between data fields was fine but between modules eg Suppliers / Customer / Bank etc a 2 minute delay OR froze then threw me out.
Have spoken to everyone and their friends at SAGE and apparently its;- insufficient RAM, Antivirus, Firewall, my IT Settings and then 'sorry there is nothing else we can do'
I have uninstalled and re-installed on another PC, changed all settings and a 2 min lag is ongoing PER ACTION
Also getting this message:-
SAGE remain adamant its my IT but all was fine until the update and errors happening in their programme,
Anyone out there know anything??? I'm at my wits end now!
