Bank Feed not downloading transactions on Sage Drive Remote Site for one client in Client Manager

Why, when working for other clients?  I use Sage 50c Client Manager for a few different clients who have bank feeds set up,now that I have updated to version 26.3,  when I click to open Bank Feed, I get the same processing message for each of them, yet when I open one of the client's bank feed no new transactions have downloaded and  when I click the 'download transaction' button I just get the message that it has to be done at the main site.

I think this is strange as the other clients' feeds update and download, is this an issue with Sage or do some banks not allow it?

    Thanks for using Sage City.

    In v26.3 we've added the ability to see Bank Feeds on a remote site. This does have the restriction that the remote site is unable to download transactions, this still needs to be done on the MAIN site.

    One thing you could do on the MAIN site is go to Settings > Bank Defaults and change how often the MAIN site syncs (every hour for example) this will ensure you keep the remote site up to date. Note the banks normally send us the bank transactions for the previous day at 7am each morning.
