Trying to upload data processed since my computer was offline due to power cut

Storm Debi caused power cut whilst working from home. This caused loss of internet etc. for my Sage50 Cloud Accounts.

Now that the connection has been restored, I am trying to "upload data" that had been processed on another laptop in the office whilst my internet was down. I keep getting the message ACCESS DENIED "You cannot access Upload to Remote Data Access because Dazzler is logged in on machine DESKTOP-G4JIQKS_19956." Even though that laptop is logged off and shut down - I definitely know that my colleague is not logged in! Currently I am able to get onto sage but only working offline! If anyone can help shed any light on what I can do that would be a great help!
