Thanks, I installed the update.  Unfortunately in the SAGE mini-browser window I am still unable to access iPortal because the log in button is not displayed.  Any ideas?

Although it is listed in the Bank feeds setup area, you can't currently use Sage 50cloud Accounts Bank feeds with Barclays Corporate bank accounts.

This is because Barclays i-portal doesn't currently support Chromium Embedded Framework (CEF) web browser technology, which is what the Sage 50cloud Accounts Bank feeds service uses.

I have the same issue.  I have upgraded Sage50 to 26.3.245.0

I can login to Barclays iPortal and Barclays.net fine from both Firefox and Internet Explorer browsers on my PC but when I try to login on the "browser" page within Sage, during the Bank Feed sign up process, the Login button is not displayed.

The error message on the Barclays iPortal page is:

"The operating system and/or browser you are using is not supported"

I have the same issue on 2 PCs I have tried.

Please advise.

I know for a fact that Plaid do support Barclays Corporate account transactions and have done for some time as Barclays.net transactions could be downloaded on their my.plaid.com version.

In my opinion, this is the issue...

Barclays.net only support logins via Internet explorer v11 or Firefox v ESR 68 (NOT Microsoft Edge or Google Chrome) and if you do not use one of the 2 supported browsers then the coveted "login" button will not be displayed.

When trying to link bank feeds to a Barclays Corporate account with sage, a mini window loads to complete this process but this doesn't appear to be any one of these supported browsers, though it's hard to tell which browser is used.

I'm guessing that the buck stops with Sage and not Plaid!

I would like to lend my support to S Leitner's comments above. I am sure with a bit of effort Sage could address this Login issue.

Barclays is a pretty major bank not to be fully supported.

Ian, wondered if there is any prospect of a fix for this issue/  As Howard says, SAGE's customer using Barclays corporate accounts are missing out on a key time-saving feature here.
