I have tried to set-up the new bank feeds in Sage 50 V29.2 but when I click on the Connect bank link, a message appears saying "... you must set up the connection to your bank again".
Once I click OK a new window opens, but it is blank. It just stays like this and nothing happens.
This happens with our main current account, the one we need the bank feeds for. If I click on any other account that is available (savings or Euro, for example), the page loads OK and I can select the bank, etc.
We used to use ebanking/feeds with RBS Bankline addon that needed to be installed a while ago, but it did not work well when matching transactions, so we just abondoned it. Is it because of that setup we are unable to set the new bank feeds? Is there a way to "reset" the settings or something? I have tried logging in as Manager, disconnected and reconnected the Sage account through Connected Services, Sage and Data Service are of the newest version. Not sure what else can be done?
