Bank feeds - Issue connecting

Hi everyone

Since last week, I have started to onboard my clients with bank feed & have managed to finally get there.

I looked to continue yesterday but, a different issues persisted with the error 'The page your are looking for is either removed or not accessible'. I called support & they mentioned there was an issue Sunday (03rd dec) & it had not been resolved. I could find more info here but, I cannot find a thread relating to this.

I tried to set up another couple this morning but, it seems this issue is with sage & not each file/pc. Anyone with any ideas?

    This issue occurs if the computer holding your data has the v29.0 data service but the computer you're working at has the v29.2 data service. The resolution is to install the v29.2 data service on the computer (server) that holds your data.
