Central Backup and Remote Data access notifications

It is possible to setup a central Sage50 'server' to use RDA and scheduled backups to automatically back the data up without relying on the users to do this. This allows long term backups to be created and moved offsite using an external backup system.

The issue is when the RDA fails (and it does and doesn't restart) or the backups fail there is no notification of it until you go and check. There are no logs, or method of getting an e-mail notification out.

This needs some form of alerting or logging to show when the last successful sync and/or Sage backup was run. 

The data is stored in the SQLite database on the 'server' but this should be a general part of the application.
