Hello, 

We create pro-forma invoices for customers in the first instance. Once goods have been despatched from the warehouse, the pro-forma is changed to invoice status and sent to the customer. This way we can make any amendments if we need to, to the invoice. 

I would like to create an alert for a particular product for a customer when we create the pro-forma invoice but this is currently not an available function. Please can you make this possible???
