Happy to be able to say that the v30 release due out imminently will include 64 bit support for EIR and SDO.

Excel Integrated Reporting to work with 64-bit Excel

As 64 bit is now the default for new installations of Office 365 it would be good if Sage updated EIR to work with 64-bit Excel

Along with the 64 bit support for Excel Integrated Reporting a 64 bit version of SDO is also under consideration currently.

I think you should be actually "doing"

This is a feature lots of people use.

As stated already, my client is currently deliberating which replacement to use for their accounts, Xero being a major contender right now.
