This will be because you still have purchase orders on Sage that refer to the products you have deleted. The goods received notes in those purchase orders will still be mentioning the products you have deleted and so giving you the warnings.

One way around this is to ignore the warnings - they won't have any financial impact so it's ok to do this.

The other option is to delete the purchase orders that relate to these goods received notes. Sage have an article in the knowledge base that covers this - https://gb-kb.sage.com/portal/app/portlets/results/viewsolution.jsp?solutionid=200427112549208

A 3rd option is to create dummy products with the missing codes, but as you were trying to tidy up the products in the 1st place then you might not want to add them back again!

Hi,

It's already possible to clear the transactions for a product (or products) using the Tools -> Period End -> Clear Stock option.

After doing this you can then delete them.
