Please consider creating the ability to merge existing customer records.  I work for a charity so our 'customers' are actually our donors and it is becoming very important information for us. It is so easy to miss an existing customer record and re-create it and then you have duplicates often with different but compatible information.  If there were a way to put these two records together it would save a lot of time and bother for the user.
