Option to write off stock when issuing a Credit Note

Credit Notes write stock back. This is fine when goods are returned but often stock is damaged or uneconomic to return. So an option to not return stock on update would be nice to have

Just want to express my frustration at being unable to pay a subcontractor for his labour (subject to CIS tax being deducted as he is net) but needing to deduct fuel money as he hasn't paid us for some fuel. It is an ongoing issue that Sage has not invested in the subcontractor software and done something to facilitate credit notes in the system. It is not impossible as other subcontractor software is able to cope with these issues.
