Is there any way that the software for the template for the Supplier Remittance Advice could be amended in the future, so that the header contains the extra reference. This extra reference is normally used to enter the supplier invoice number. All suppliers prefer their remittance advice to quote their invoice number.
At the moment the extra ref is in the main part of the advice and so it brings through every line from the supplier invoice and if you are paying multiple invoices with a lot of lines on each invoice, the advice document can end up being several pages long which can prove confusing to the customer and messy looking
