I would like to see the use of the alerts against the whole customer record.  Often I'm not the one raising the sales order or purchase order, and miss alerts.  I d like to see it applied when you actually click onto the customer or supplier name.   I feel this would give everyone within a company the chance to see others notes about companies, such as payment issues reported, or say service issues outstanding especially before completing any work.
