we are a transport and waste company and it would assist us (reduce paperwork / time) if we could upload through memo or capture the associated items that go with the job (invoice).
These could be -
- proof of delivery / collection
- orders
- waste transfer notes
- photographs
these would be linked as they are in transactions to the invoice - so you would have Ext. Link button on the Invoice and credits page.
for credits this would also be useful for non conformance or jobs that have had problems that require a credit or re-invoice.
Also the provision to email the invoice and associated documents (pick from list) would be essential to send the client as a job pack.
The same provision to capture email enquiries and photos, data sheets etc on the quotation stage would also help with the option to choose and add what you need at the invoice stage.
