Thanks for using our Product Support Community.

If any of your employees don't receive their welcome email ensure that:

• Your employee has checked their spam and junk folders.
• Emails are sent from [email protected], [email protected] or [email protected]. Employees who aren't receiving these emails should add this address to their safe senders or equivalent list.
• You have the correct email address for the employee entered in Sage 50 Payroll.

If you need the welcome email to be resent, you can resend this from the online portal. To do this: 

1. Click Company, then click Online Payslips/P60s Settings.
2. Click Visit your Online Payslips/P60s portal. Or, visit https://sage.co.uk/employerpayslips
3. Click Employees and select the relevant employee.
4. Click View.
5. To resend the welcome email to the employee, click Resend Email.
6. To edit the employee, Edit.
7. If applicable, to create a new password, click Enter Password.
8. Enter and confirm the new password.
9. Click Update Settings.

To do this you need to be a Sage 50cloud Payroll user for the company. If you are:

1. Visit https://sage.co.uk/employerpayslips
2. Click Employees and select the relevant employee.
3. Click View.
4. To edit the employee, Edit.
5. To create a new password click Enter Password.

If you’re an employee of the company you’ll need to contact your company’s Sage 50cloud Payroll user and they’ll be able to do this for you.
