The document is fine and does not need editing.

Perhaps I was not clear on the problem. When I select 'email' to send the AE Increase letter to relevant employees the output pdf does not breakdown into individual email letter attachments, it just creates one email with a long pdf attachment containing all the addressed letters.

In the end, I recreated the letter in Word, run a mail merge, printed and posted the letters. I'm afraid this was not a win for Sage.

I am having the same problem. I emailed the letter but all 40 employee letters went to the first employee on my list. How do we send them separately.

Hi Eleanor,
We did not resolve the issue through Sage software. In the end I retyped the letter and used the MS Word mailmerge wizard to raise individual letters.
I'm interested to hear a useful answer from Sage. Let me know if you got one.
