It's not possible to set a date to send the payslips automatically in Sage 50 Payroll. However, Sage Online Payslips keeps your payslips processes simple and straightforward, and is a great alternative way to produce your payslips.

This reduces your costs by eliminating the need to print and post, and can save time dealing with payroll queries as you can both view the same information from one place. You can even use the portal homepage to send messages to your staff, such as bonus information and holiday hours.

Once you enter your employee payments as normal, you can upload your payslips. You can choose to either publish them straightaway or, to schedule a date to publish them.
