At this time of year it's common for HMRC to have delays in confirming they've received forms you're submitting through your payroll. This is perfectly normal as lots of people are trying to submit their year end returns at the same time.
When you're submitting your forms and there's a delay, it may show in Sage Payroll that it's constantly retrying. If this happens, you can use the Check again later option. This means that you can continue to use Sage Payroll while your form continues to submit in the background. You can then reconnect to the Gateway at a later time and check for the confirmation it was successful. Read more >
