To resolve the issue if you go to:
Tasks > Security > Access Rights, Highlight User name and Edit. In the right hand window ensure there is a tick in the Pension Module Settings tick box. Also make sure all subsequent pension options are ticked.

Hi have done this and double checked again just now, but still not allowing access for me. All boxes in the right hand windows are ticked as I am the only user.

Just to clarify, when you log in as Manager do you get the same issue as when you log in as yourself please?

No it works fine under manager

It's an issue with your username. If you log in as Manager, delete your username then recreate it with the same access levels, log out then log back in as your newly created username.

Hi sorry to hassle you again, but in each employees pension record its asking for employee pension number. No employee has been given a unique pension number from the company we are using, or is it the EPSR or PSR number??? Sorry really not sure her. Thanks
