User Passwords for online payslips

SUGGESTED

Hi

On the reset passwords page it states that passwords must contain (among other things) a special character.  These being the following:

(#?!@$%^&*-)

Can you confirm that any of these characters work or are the brackets/parentheses not included.  Also, I heard from a colleague that the hyphen does not work.  Please can you confirm.

Thanks

    Thank you for your reply.

I have tried changing my own password to include a hyphen and when I click continue I get the following message (as have some of our employees):

"An error occurred while submitting your request. This reset link may no longer be valid."

Also, when I try to use a ( or ) I get the following message:

"Your password must contain one upper case letter one lower case letter a number a special character and be between 8 and 30 characters"

I have tried the others and they seem to be ok.

    Thanks Lindsey.

I’ve tried this with brackets and hyphens and it seems to work fine. Try clearing your cache, cookies and history on your browser and try again.

If the issue still occurs try a different web browser (I used Google Chrome).
