I am looking for a year end report to submit to our accountants. The report needs to include the following:

gross salary

PAYE

NI (Ee & Er)

Student Loan deductions

SMP/SSP

Other deductions including AOE

Net salary

Pension contributions (Ee & Er)

SMP reclaimed

Amounts due to HMRC

I have looked in the year end reports and tried both FPS reconciliation reports (by date and employee) but they don't seem to have all the information required.  Apparently the report will have totals for each month and at the bottom the totals throughout the year.

Can you please help with this?
