Email Payslips Issue

Hello,

We lost a laptop and had to recreate our email payslip template from scratch. The template works fine other than it emails one person with a single PDF containing everybodys payslip. Have we misssed a setting somewhere?

    Edit the payslip you use to open it in the Report Designer, then: 

    1. Click Report then click Email Settings.
    2. From the Email message should contain drop-down, choose one of the following options:

      Entire Report If you select this option, the entire report is sent to every email address you choose in the To, CC or BCC options.
      Group name If you select a particular group, a separate email is created for each instance of that group on the report. The email contains only the information from that instance of the group. For example, if you select Group 1 - Employees.Reference, a separate email is created for each employee and contains on that employee's information.
    3. Complete the To, CC and BCC tabs then click OK. 

    File > Save
