We lost a laptop and had to recreate our email payslip template from scratch. The template works fine other than it emails one person with a single PDF containing everybodys payslip. Have we misssed a setting somewhere?

Thanks for using Sage City
Edit the payslip you use to open it in the Report Designer, then:
Entire Report | If you select this option, the entire report is sent to every email address you choose in the To, CC or BCC options. |
---|---|
Group name | If you select a particular group, a separate email is created for each instance of that group on the report. The email contains only the information from that instance of the group. For example, if you select Group 1 - Employees.Reference, a separate email is created for each employee and contains on that employee's information. |
