How do I point a PC client to User defined reports on a network server?

New installation of software on a PC. I want the central reports to be visible

Thanks for using Sage City

A central user defined report is available to all installations of Sage 50cloud Payroll, for all companies. Can other client PCs that have Payroll installed see these reports please?
