Two of my employees can't login to the cloud

Hi. We started using the Sage Cloud 50 in February and all has gone well so far. However two of my employees can't login to the cloud to get their payslips (I think they may have mistakenly locked themselves out) and I need to re-set them so that they can start the login process again. Do you know how to re-set employees so that they can re activate their startup process?

Also, I've uploaded all the P60s ready to be published but I don't know how to access them to release them all to the employees. Can you let me know the process for logging onto the cloud to release all the P60s?

    Thanks for using Sage City.

    Your employees have the option to reset their password on the login screen.

    If they experience any problems with this you can delete the employee from your Online Payslips/P60s portal and add them again. When you next process your payroll and upload the employee's current payslip from Sage 50cloud Payroll, they will receive a new welcome email and can create new login details.

    Once you send your final submission of the 2018/2019 tax year, you can upload your P60s. You can choose to either publish them straightaway or, to schedule a date to publish them. Full info on how to upload and publish your Online P60s here.
