FPS

Question

Hello, we are a care company and run weekly and monthly payrolls - on the 13th March we ran weekly payroll but somehow managed to FPS Monthly staff as well! We didn't process payroll for Monthly staff so the last process date is correct but the FPS date is wrong. We need to process monthly pay today and I don't know how to correct the last FPS submission. Can anyone help please Many thanks

 Thanks for using Sage City. 
 
 To resolve this can process March&rsquo;s payroll for your monthly staff as normal. Once done, instead of submitting your FPS, you should submit an FPS adjustment . 
 
 If you&rsquo;re unable to access Enter Payments for your monthly employees for March, you should run a Rollback on them for March first.
