Online Payslips

Hello,

We have recently moved our weekly paid staff to the online payslips and I have a couple of employees who are having difficulty seeing their payslip.  

One employee is on android and when they click on the link in the new payslip email, it takes them to the online documents portal and they can log in but it doesn't show any payslips, they also have the same issue on their laptop.

The second employee is on an i-phone 11 and all he gets is a blank page.

Is anybody else having or had similar issues?

Can somebody help, I am at a complete loss!

    Maybe the online payslips portal doesn't support a mobile site at the moment which is why they can't view it. Best thing to do is to ask them to try using a laptop or tablet to see they can view their payslip once they are logged in then go from there.

    The only other suggestion is to get them to clear their cache & cookies on their phones before clicking back on the link. This may help.

    Hi Bradley,

    Thanks for coming back to me, we have tried on a PC and tablet and when you click on the link in the email that the employee gets when they have a new payslip, it takes them to the Online Documents portal not the Online Services and it only shows a document that we have uploaded.
