Pension module

Every time I do the pension update or submit the pensions, I now have to log on which is something that I have never had to do previously. Only since moving to the subscription based payroll. Any ideas?

    Thanks for using Sage City. Apologies for the late reply to this. We changed over Sage City and some queries were missed by mistake.

    You may have already resolved this query but if not, can you go to help > about > under program details section, what is the full version number please?

    Can you also let me know, when it's asking you to log in, what is it asking for? i.e. email and password, username and password etc.
