How to set up NI number as password for employee payslips?

Hi all

I'm using 50 Cloud Payroll to my temps (we are a recruitment business) and i'd like to know if there is a way to have NI numbers as the passwords for each temp/employee's email payslip. If so, is it possible to set this as a default?

Hi James,

Thanks for using Sage City.

You could enter the NINO as the payslip password but you'd have to set it manually for each employee. There isn't a way to get the program to default to using that.

You can log this as a suggestion to help improve the software, on our Sage community. To do this, sign in to https://sagecity.na.sage.com/gb > select the relevant product > click the Ideas option from under the heading > click ‘New’
