Full Payment Submission

Good Afternoon,

Currently, I am a student of Sage 50 Software and a part of my learning is Full Payment Submission. Whenever I click FPS, the window that comes up is blank., and I am not able to follow the instructions. Why it doesn't come up with a Checklist?

    Hi Kristiana,

    Thanks for using Sage City.

    This can sometimes occur if you have a large number of employees on hold. Is this the case for your data?

    If not, close Sage Payroll down > right click the Payroll icon on your desktop > choose run as administrator and log in again > retry the FPS please.

    If that doesn't work, go to help > about > under program details section, let me know the full version number please.
