I notice this query has slipped through without a community response, sorry for the late reply but I thought I’d pop something back to you :)

I expect this is completed now, but for future reference, there is a way to do this. You would need to:

• Install the payroll software on the new PC and ensure it has access to the server.
• On the old PC, log into any company in Sage 50cloud Payroll and click help then about. Click the link for the Settings Directory. 
• Copy Payroll.usr and Pay.usr from the settings directory. Transfer these to the same path on the new PC C:\ProgramData\Sage\Payroll
• Open Sage 50cloud payroll and you'll have all the companies listed :)
